Mumbai: Vascon Engineers Ltd. has secured the Lotus Park development project, a public infrastructure initiative awarded by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC).
The project is valued at ₹115.90 crore and will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis in Ahmedabad’s South West Zone.
The Lotus Park development project involves the development of Lotus Park across 54,000 square metres under the Building Project of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
The contract has been awarded through a Letter of Intent, and the project is expected to be completed within 24 months from the issuance of the work order.
The award of the project further strengthens the EPC portfolio of Vascon Engineers Ltd., a company with over four decades of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and real estate development.
The contract adds momentum to the company’s expanding pipeline of municipal infrastructure mandates across India.
Following the award of the Lotus Park Development Project, the company’s order book now stands at approximately ₹2,825 crore, representing a 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues.
The strong pipeline highlights the company’s continued focus on infrastructure and civic development projects.
Vascon Engineers Ltd. currently has the capacity to execute approximately 8 million square feet annually, operating at about 90% utilisation.
The company’s operations are supported by a team of more than 800 project and engineering professionals, enabling it to undertake large-scale infrastructure assignments such as the Lotus Park Development Project.
